FarmDroid ApS
Founded by Danish brothers Jens and Kristian Warming in 2012, FarmDroid are the manufacturers of a fully automatic precision seeding and weeding robot, to ease the amount of manual labour involved in keeping crops free of unwanted weeds. The company's vision is to support farmers in their drive to become more sustainable, by developing the FD20, a solar-powered, CO2 neutral robot.
FarmDroid sold their first seeding and mechanical weeding robot in 2019, and in 2020 the FD20 was working on several farms across Europe. In March 2022, OPICO Ltd became an official importer and distributor of the FD20 in the UK. Our team of Technical Specialists at OPICO are fully trained on the FD20, therefore there will be local support available if required.
